Darling Creative Strategies was born out of a dream and a passion for empowering small teams to achieve their big dreams. With a rich background in business, communications, English, and graphic design, Tabs found her calling in helping organizations and companies tell their unique stories. Her journey took her through various roles, from graphic designer to Creative Director at a B2B Marketing Agency, and finally to Director of Communications and Technology at a non-profit.

Throughout her career, Tabs saw firsthand the challenges that non-profits, small businesses, and startups face in marketing and communication. These challenges often fell on team members with limited experience or capacity, leaving a gap that needed to be filled. This realization planted the seed for a company dedicated to providing the creative and strategic support these teams desperately needed.

Tabs' fiancée, Liz, a project manager with a knack for guiding projects from start to finish, saw the potential in Tabs' vision. Liz's experience in project management and operational services for startups made her the perfect sounding board and motivator. She pushed Tabs to take the leap and start her own company, knowing that Tabs had the talent and drive to make a significant impact.
